Closing In
As every minute passes, it's getting closer to my exam. I'm quite prepared for this exam as I didn't do last minute study this time. I havent updated much because of my schedule for my intensive revision classes. In about an hours time, i'll be heading down to KL again for another class. Hope that it wont be a problem finding parking. My poor lecturer Mr.Low got hit by a car while he was on his motorcycle. He came into the class with his right arm and elbow bandaged. He walked into the class and said, " This is my responsibility as a lecturer ". I was amazed at how much he is dedicated to his job. True enough, he knows his stuff and he can teach.
In other news, last night after class I walked around KL after class, went to the Weld on jalan raja chulan. I was bumming around there waiting for my dad to return my call, so I decided to shop. We were supposed to go for a wedding dinner in bout an hours time or so, and I was really bored and suddenly I remembered that I need a buckle leather belt. So I looked for one and got it. Changed clothes at the same time and headed to Starbucks! I haven't had starbucks coffee for a long time. I remember the last time I went to visit Katrina & Serene at assunta, Kat made some caramel thing. So I tried to look for something with the word caramel, and found ony blended caramel coffee., or something like that. It was nice and read up on my Tax notes while enjoying my coffee on the soft sofa waiting for my dad to return my call.
An hour later. . .
Headed to dad's office, and when we were just about to leave the office, there was an emergency meeting. GRRRrrr. So I ended up bumming in my dad's office watching lots of top gear episodes on Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson never fails to brighten up my mood.
An hour later. . .
At last, on our way to the wedding dinner. It was some new place in jln bukit bintang same road with the Pavillion. There's been so many wedding dinners recently and i'm starting to feel abit bored. . . . NOT!! every wedding dinner attend seems to get better and better. Take for instance THIS wedding dinner. They had top class food, i'd give it an 11 out of 10. Abalone the size of my palm and 1 inch thick! wtf? I had to use a fork and knife to eat the abalone, felt like a steak =\
Anyways the best part of the wedding was, their wedding planner. He was so *fabuloths*. He was a really party starter. He wore at least 10 rings, yes.. 10 rings on his left hand. A white shirt with silver glitter the size of a 10-20 cent coins embedded on his shirt, a silver pendant with a huge jade hanging from his collar. WoW he's got Bling? LOL if only i'd taken some pics. I was laughing so hard along with all the relatives on the table that we all couldn't even finish out shark fin soup. The 3rd dish came, I was so ready to put the first slice of meat into my mouth. Then the wedding planner started and said, *ahem.. i'm going to sing a song and this song is called Words* OMFG, when he started the first 'word' i almost vommited. It was not harmony, more disaster than anything else. Just when you thought he'd stop, he would start singing again. Anyway overall great dinner and great company.
Gotta head to college soon, so more updates when i'm free!

Police, blueh
I woke up early this morning, 8.45am. I felt great because today I will be attending a full day of intensive revision class [IRC]. I actually learn more in these sessions than in the past 6 months because there are tons of pass year questions to be practiced. So got ready in about 15 minutes, and proceeded to start the engine. While I was waiting for the engine to warm up, I decided to see what's for breakfast today. Usually i'd fancy a fried egg, but today I got 2 sausages. Yes, 2 sausages. Not 1. Oookay, day started to seem imperfect. So I decided to eat just 1, so hopefully my day may go back on track to being perfect. Anyway got in the car, and drove to college.
Penchala Link . . .
I had a weird feeling as if today won't be a perfect day, might be filled with unpleasant suprises so I followed my gut feeling and decided not to speed on the penchala link. So yes, I followed the left most lane, 70kmph. Upon reaching the toll, wat the? duuuhh... road block after a toll? well at least they have a heart la, how stupid if they actually did the road block just before the toll. Then some people *ahem* will not have enough money to pay the toll. LoL. Anyways I was like YES! always trust your instincts! I said to myself, " i'm going to pass through this Road Block like a Mr Macho 2008 pagaent! " . So I gave a broad smile to the police officer as he was inspecting my car. WAT DA F*** He flagged me down! habadejabedes! So winded down my window. " Yes sir, what seems to be the problem? " , " tadi awak telah melebihi had laju , saman RM300. " , " but sir, tadi saya tengok speedo meter kereta saya, tak lebih 70kmph la " , " tak de lah! kita punya speedtrap dapat awak pandu dekat 130kmph. " , " sir, please check betul-betul la. " , he refused to check, then he thought i'm born under a coconut tree. so he pretended to press a few buttons on his watever gadget is that and said, " oh sorry, speed trap ambil speed salah, *walks 1 round around my car* tapi saya akan saman awak pasal nombor plate awak illegal. " FULL STOP. SERIOUSLY WAT DA F***!! anyway will not continue the story because I might get in trouble for posting *too much* if ya'll get what I mean.
After the road block, I was so pissed off I just drove off like a madman and reached college at 9.40am. Had a great class, learned alot. Will be looking for the next class which is tmrw. Solid 6hours. I headed to McD's after class at Centrepoint, BU. Yum cha'd with Chee Keong. Went home after that, and btw it was raining cats and dogs. It took me 20 minutes to reach home from McD's. That is seriously bad.
I just re-did 3 questions that was done today, took me about 2 hours plus and as usual today is Tuesday, HEROES IS OUT! w0Ot! And it just stopped at 90% as i'm typing this post. I guess it's just not my day! Better sleep now and start a new and fresh day tmrw!
By the way, I found these two saying's by confucious to be hillarious. No offense to anyone.

Weekend
Friday was such a long day, firstly because of thursday night, I attended a wedding dinner in JW Marriot. The wedding was very very grand, the ballroom was amazing! Everyone really looked their best that night. The part of wedding dinners that I enjoy most is when their relatives start going up on stage 1 by 1 blessing the bride and bridegroom with loving words and of course, my favourite, their childhood memories. Such a sweet couple, i'll not say much about what the relatives said but they did mention about how the bridegroom started courting the bride. Congrats to Ernest and Su Leen, Dr Ernest and OneInAMillion Finalist.
After the wedding dinner, headed to yum cha with the slipstream members at kota damansara. Had a good time, dropped like a log on my bed after that.
Friday? yeap, 8.45am to leave the house. Just the usual jam on the way to KL. Sat down in class at 9.30am-1pm. Went to "ta-pau" lunch, and ate in college. 1.40pm started the next class till 4.30pm. I was really so tired but at the same time very satisfied with the amount of work I had manage to accomplish in one day. So received a call from Min and Ben, dinner? how can I resist. How can I resist to see min's new quad exhaust. It's a monstrousity. It's a demon. It's just a mean machine on the road. So hyped up to leave KL, First turning out of the parking lot. JAM?. Need I say it more? JAM JAM JAM ! ! !. Insanity in the membranity. Is everyone parking their car on the road? Crap NO! there are actually people sitting in their cars. Sighz, took me at l half hour to get to Minz place. Well for those of you who don't work in the golden triangle of KL, when there's a jam. It really puts all other jams to shame. Anyway although I was so fustrated with the jam. I know i shouldn't look into other people's cars as it's quite rude, but gimme a break. Some were reading newspapers. Some were striking oil or diggin for gold as how you may like to put it, i think u get the picture.
1 half hour later...
Minz place. Had the jalan gasing famous ipoh chicken rice, and I have to say that it was definitely worth all the jam and wait because it was really good. I honestly can't remember the last time I ate at this place. But if any of you haven't tried the chicken rice there, take heed of my words, go go go! *burps*
I was supposed to go to Ampang to have another Myvi Club gathering. As you all may have guessed it, went home and dropped dead like a log on my bed once again. waaa? wuhhh? 8.30am already???? yeap, It just flashed, and all of a sudden it was Saturday morning. Seems like i'm exaggerating? hell no. Carried myself out of bed, had to fetch my brother to his piano class so. vrooom vrooom. Did my fair share of work today. Have to work as hard as I can to achieve my dreams!! and time is once again, as I speak, running out. I'll be going back to my books and continue my revision.
I just realised that I do not post enough pictures. So from today onwards i'll be posting more pics so stay tuned.
By the way here's a couple of pics of the place in UK that I love so much and will be going there soon, Canary Wharf.

Business is Business
" If we agree that the bottom line of life is happiness, not success, then it makes perfect sense to say that it is the journey that counts, not reaching the destination. " quoted by Milhaly Csikszentmihalyi.
First of all I wanna say that, YES! this questioning habit works. Before I make a decision, I just need to question myself. Why should I do this? or Why should I do that?, What will Happen or What will not happen?. These questions help me make better decisions throughout the day. It's not a habit yet but i'm sorta getting the hang of it! and YES! I did wake up early for the past 2 days to study! And have done so with no problems and with both eyes open. Didn't do much but study actually.
Heroes Episode 7! * warning contains spoilers!*
I know i'm abit of a psycho, I kinda waited at 5.30pm onwards to wait for the episode to be out. So I waited and waited.. 6pm . . . Yatta! it's out! hehe. And hoo-rah. It only took about 3 1/2 hours to download it. This episode is definitely moving somewhere, so much character development in just 1 episode. Things are getting more and more complicated. No sign of sylar and the two mexicans though. Main problem at the moment, is Mr.Adam Monroe. Yes who is he? find out for yourself at the end of the episode. Honestly I hope that claire's father will die because I think he's an @**hole. HOWEVER, it will NOT happen. Why? he plays too big a role to be dead in this season. Turns out that Parkman's powers ain't so sissy after all. I'd give a 9/10 for this episode. why not 10? didnt feel it was THE best to date. But it was really damn good.
Prison Break 6 & 7 * warning contains spoilers & pure criticism *
Just break out of prison already will you? how many seasons of episode do you need to break out of prison? I mean, if the "company" was THAT powerful. Why can't they just handle the situation themselves. Anyways, maybe some of you readers have not been catching up with prison break, but guess what? You betcha! he's still trying to get out of prison. Well for someone who can break out of anything, put him in a room with no doors! i'd love to see how he breaks out of that room. So story drags on again. Will let ya'll know which episode he actually breaks out, and which episode he'll be BACK into another prison. Cause honestly I don't see how this could end. Even though it's so draggy and getting so retarded, i'll still give it a 8/10 because of the actors and actresses who play they're role so very well. As michael always says, " it's all part of the plan " . duuuuuh. supertoxicgunaimsbbqpewpewwhatever. [sorry celliz, modified your bad word]
I'll close today's post with this short illustration or story, whatever you wanna call it. Enjoy.
Philosophy of the Stock Market
Once upon a time in a village, a man appeared who announced to the
villagers that he would buy monkeys for $10 each. The villagers, seeing
that there were many monkeys in the forest, went out and started
catching them.
The man bought thousands at $10 each. As supply started to diminishand
villagers started to stop their efforts, he announced that now he would
buy them at $20 each.
This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching
monkeys again. Soon, the supply diminished even further and people
started going back to their farms.
The offer rate was increased to $25 each and the supply of monkeys
became so scarce that it was an effort to even see a monkey, let alone
catch it.
The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at $50 each. However,
since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant
would now buy on behalf of the man.
In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers, "Look at
all the monkeys in the big cage that the man has collected. I will sell
them to you at $35 each and when my boss comes back, you can sell them
to him for $50 each."
The villagers queued up with all their savings and bought all the
monkeys.
After that, neither the assistant nor the businessman could be found
anywhere but the monkeys were everywhere!
The End
I found this illustration to be very true and helps me to understand how the stock market can sometimes be so cruel.

The Sabbath!
Weehooo, went to 1st service today. Had a great sermon and today's topic was " Questions?". I don't really pay attention to some sermons which I've heard before, but this one is new to me. Had a seat in L4, Dad went up to L5 and I couldn't find him because I had to park the car while he went up first. Anyways, the speaker really got me thinking about life. He's definitely right, Questions keep us striving to learn more and increase our knowledge. It is Questions like " Who am I? " or " Why am I here today? " . It's the decisions we make everyday that determine who we are tommorow. I know many of you have heard this before, but today it felt like it was my first. Great message and got me thinking throughout the day. Well after church, I headed over to Grandma's house! hehe
Grandma's or Poh Poh's house.....
I was really glad to see my grandma and my aunt and cousin, even though I see them at least 2 times a week at my house or wherever, it does feel great to visit them at my 2nd home. Cousin got a new puppy, his name is cuddlesv2.. err v2? well I added the v2 for my cousin because his first puppy was also called cuddles and passed away peacefully. Hence, CuddlesV2! Watched 2 movies there, Hot Fuzz and The Last Legion. As you readers already know, and for those of you who don't, I love to review movies. But for these two movies i'd say it's more of less a typical movie. Nothing special. Hot Fuzz was definitely retarded and the only part that really made me laugh was when he went berserk and carried 8 Guns on his back and just literally destroyed the town and well, also the part where he gave his grandma a flying kick to her teeth. Yalah cruel? so what? it's damn funny! ok well while I was watching the movies the others were well playing mahjong! hehe. Did play a few rounds, win and lose so didnt earn anything. Most importantly had a great bonding time with my grandma and my aunt. Love them very much because they are the closest thing I have to a mother. Overall great time and will be looking forward to the next visit! Went to futsal from my grandma's house!
Futsal.....
Another fun futsal session at The Cage Sri Petaling! Haven't played futsal for quite a while actually. Well didn't score any goals today, didn't play very well was not very focused as i had a whole day out since 1st service. I'm not giving excuses okay! lol maybe abit la hehe. So anyways jun min led the team to victory today. Magnificent goals. Back to grandma's house!
Grandma's or Poh Poh's house again....? lol again?
Yeap, headed back there because my dad was still playing mahjong there! haha can't leave him there right? So had dinner there, and boy is grandma's cooking good! Drove home after dinner.
It was raining mildy so I drove home slowly so that my dad won't make noise about fast driving in the rain.
Home....
So here I am updating my blog. Listening to Foo Fighters - The Pretender. Awesome song. Anyways I'm going to head to bed early tonight. Why? well that is a question I asked myself.
And the answer is " because i'm gonna wake up early and study! ". Will see if this questioning actually works! hehe. Thanks for reading faithfully my dear readers and will continue updating! Good Nite!
